Tokuyama is more than a dental materials company. It’s a brand shaping the future of dentistry: helping clinicians transform patients’ smiles, confidence, and lives through innovation like Omnichroma.

Our goal is to translate that mission into emotionally resonant, high-performing video storytelling that builds trust and authority, through education, for dentists within their dental communities.

Of course, doing this while supporting Omnichroma adoption, email growth, and long-term brand equity.

With 2.5B+ organic views generated and millions in attributed sales across creator-led campaigns, my approach focuses exclusively on video, because video doesn’t just earn attention…it builds belief.

who am I?

HI! My name is Jonathan Gaurano and creative director of DoGoodMedia. My team and I specialize in story-first short-form video for brands that want more than impressions.

We are here to build shareable and educational narratives dentists actually want to pass along with other dentists.

what you’ll receive

1. 4 Short-Form Video Stories Per Month

  • 30–60s videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) designed for dentists, by dentists.

    • I will film 2–3 Tokuyama-approved dentists (dentists who use the OMNICHROMA products). If needed, I will film more.

  • Content will be built from approved storytelling frameworks.

  • I will visit dental offices to film dentists’ stories and testimonials regarding their usage of the OMNICHROMA products. These testimonials may be used in some, but not all, of the four short-form videos.

    • I will film every Tokuyama-approved dentist that I encounter during my shoots (dentists who use the OMNICHROMA products) and capture testimonial footage.

    • I will also film a substantial amount of content at dental offices, including product testimonials and dental educational tips. Tokuyama will have access to all video footage for its own use and editing purposes.

  • Content will be a mix of education, product clarity, and real clinician perspective. We will incorporate Tokuyama’s requests regarding the types of questions they want dentists to answer, while creatively developing concepts on our end to facilitate an ongoing posting schedule.

  • I will provide Tokuyama one feedback loop, per video, for both the frame ideation (pre-production) and also the edited finished video (post-production).

  • Reminder: We’re here to optimize your videos for platform trends, follower growth, and retention, while creating content specifically for the dentist niche.

2. Weekly Strategy & Creative Development Calls

  • 1× weekly working session (1.5 hours)

  • Ideation, scripting, and pre-production alignment

  • Transparent collaboration and education

  • 6 total hours of 1:1 creative strategy per month

3. Create 2 FB Ads (ranging from 15 - 45 seconds)

  • These ads will focus on education, selling, and promoting OMNICHROMA products. They may range from dynamic text-driven ads to dynamic video ads.

    • For this to work, I would need the ability to visit dental offices or receive OMNICHROMA products by mail.

4. One Hero “Dentist Story” Episode Per Month

  • A mini-documentary-style video showcasing a Tokuyama partner dentist.

    • Focus on human connection, transformation, and why Tokuyama materials matter

    • Includes script, shoot, and post-production

5. Optimization & Reporting

  • Hook, retention, and performance analysis

  • Strategic iteration based on monthly analytics

1. First Week: Pre-Production

  • Receive Tokuyama products to create concepts.

  • Connect with Tokuyama partner dentists to schedule potential hero videos.

  • Share content calendar and filming plan.

2. Second Week: Production

  • Begin filming concepts.

3. Third / Fourth Week: a mix of both production & post…

  • Ideas and posts are sent out for feedback and review on a rolling basis.

4. Fourth / Fifth and weeks ahead: videos roll out

  • Videos and posts are published

  • We continue with consistent content as a routine is established from steps 1–3

    • the first month is 5 weeks… then the proceeding continues as 4 weeks.
